1. Basic Principle: Air suspension systems use compressed air as the elastic medium. By filling a sealed airbag with compressed air, the compressibility and elasticity of air achieve the shock absorption function. When the vehicle is in motion, the airbag automatically adjusts its stiffness and height according to road conditions and load changes, effectively buffering road impacts and reducing vehicle vibration.
2. Structural Composition:
Rubber Airbag: Composed of inner surface rubber, outer surface rubber, cord layer, and steel wire ring vulcanized together. The inner surface rubber is responsible for sealing the gas. The outer surface rubber is made of different materials depending on the operating environment (such as neoprene rubber, natural rubber, etc.). The cord layer is usually made of polyester fiber or polyamide to enhance the strength and durability of the airbag.
Cover Plate and Piston: The cover plate is used to fix the top of the airbag, and the piston connects the airbag to the axle or frame, transmitting force and limiting the airbag’s expansion and contraction range.
